Saw this on a walk. Stealing the wheels I can understand. But why take the pedals?

I'm an artist living in the Atlanta area. Painting, printmaking and video art are my primary mediums. But my real passion is the joy of just looking around at the world. It's incredible what we see when we just pay attention.
