Saw this on a walk. Stealing the wheels I can understand. But why take the pedals?

 The lettering had disappeared, but the image (and message) were very clear. If you dare to jump over this fence you'll get your hide chewed up. Love the glint in it's eye. Funny thing - there was no snarling dog with razor sharp fangs. Plan to put this on a t-shirt some day.
