covid: inside looking out
Images below were taken with a hand built camera using both pinhole and homemade glass lenses. Shots were taken from various windows in my house during the first weeks of the pandemic. What struck me most during this period of isolation were the long stretches of total quiet. Everyone was inside much of the day. With few planes making noise overhead, birds had the silence all to themselves.
